Terms & Conditions
By submitting an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please refer to the section relevant to the service you are ordering.
A. Graphics Design / Amazon A+ Content
1. Project Requirements
The client agrees to provide all required product images, brand logo, brand guidelines, product details, and reference designs before design work begins.
2. Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.
3. Project Timeline
The delivery timeline depends on the number of modules/images required and begins only after all required content and the advance payment have been received.
4. Revision Policy
The project includes up to 3 free revisions per design. Any additional revisions, redesigns, or major changes requested after approval may incur extra charges.
5. Scope of Work
Any additional modules, extra images, banner designs, or A+ Content sections not mentioned in the original order will be considered additional work and will be quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing high-quality/high-resolution images, accurate product information, and timely feedback to avoid project delays.
7. Third-Party Requirements
The client is responsible for maintaining their own:
- Amazon Seller Central Account
- Brand Registry Enrollment
- Product Listing Access
- Stock Photos / Licensed Images (if used)
8. Uploading & Approval
We will provide the final A+ Content design files/HTML modules ready for upload. Uploading to Amazon Seller Central and final approval on the platform is the client's responsibility unless account access is separately shared and agreed upon.
9. Ownership
Full ownership and source files of the designed content will be transferred to the client only after the final payment has been received.
10. Cancellation & Refund
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable due to the time and resources invested.
11. Amazon Policy Compliance
Designs will be created following Amazon's A+ Content guidelines to the best of our knowledge; however, final approval/rejection by Amazon is beyond our control and is not guaranteed.
B. Website Development (Shopify / WordPress)
1. Project Requirements
The client agrees to provide all required content, images, logos, product information, and project details before development begins.
2. Advance Payment

The delivery timeline depends on the project scope and begins only after all required information and the advance payment have been received.
4. Revision Policy

5. Scope of Work
Any new features or changes not mentioned in the original project requirements will be considered additional work and will be quoted separately.
6. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and timely feedback to avoid project delays.
7. Third-Party Costs
The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining any third-party services, including:
- Shopify Subscription
- Premium Themes
- Apps & Plugins
- Domain Name
- Web Hosting
- Email Services
8. Ownership
Full ownership of the website will be transferred to the client only after the final payment has been received.
9. Cancellation & Refund
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable due to the time and resources invested.
C. General Terms (Applicable to Both Services)
1. Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects/designs in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Communication
All project communication, feedback, and approvals should be made through Email or WhatsApp to ensure clear documentation.
3. Acceptance
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
